Pricing at Desktop Studiocore follows the engagement model: fixed project fees for audits and clinics, monthly retainers for cohort readouts. Figures below are starting points in Malaysian Ringgit and exclude SST where applicable. Final quotes depend on product count, data readiness, and on-site time in Kuala Lumpur.

- More products in scope — a wallet plus a lending brand needs separate activation definitions
- Data readiness — clean event extracts reduce analysis time; fragmented logs extend it
- Fieldwork depth — additional moderated walkthroughs of onboarding builds
- Travel outside KL — billed at cost when you need on-site sessions elsewhere in Malaysia
Deposits and invoicing
Audits and clinics require a 40% deposit to reserve the start week. Retainers invoice monthly in advance. Payment instructions appear on each invoice; we do not process card payments on this website.
