Advisory findings reflect the information available at the time of analysis. We do not guarantee particular activation rates, regulatory outcomes, or commercial results. Decisions to ship product changes remain yours.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Malaysia, Desktop Studiocore is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use or from reliance on general website content. Liability under a paid engagement is limited as stated in that engagement’s contract, and otherwise to fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site to attempt unauthorised access, disrupt operations, submit malicious content, or scrape content at a volume that impairs service for others.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts in Kuala Lumpur shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from site use, subject to any dispute clause in a separate engagement contract.
